  Marc Brahaney

  Owner

  Marc Brahaney started Brahaney Architectural Associates in 1987 in Princeton, NJ. He co-founded and has served as president of Lasley Brahaney Architecture + Construction since 1997. He is licensed to practice architecture in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. He holds both an undergraduate and graduate degree in Architecture from Princeton University. Marc divides his time between working with clients and heading the company's Princeton design build operations.

  Joe Gallagher

  Senior Architect

  Joe Gallagher has been a part of the Lasley Brahaney Architecture + Construction team since 1995 and has more than 29 years of experience working in the architectural profession. He is a registered architect, licensed in New Jersey, and holds a bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Detroit. Joe is the company's lead Princeton architect and designer. He is responsible for managing the firm's architectural design team.

  Kim Wentzel

  Architectural Designer

  A graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture, Kim’s experience spans both residential and commercial projects from schematic design through construction document development. Her 12 years of experience in architectural design has also included residential energy and structural analysis. She brings a wealth of design and technical expertise to our Princeton team.

  John Scheideler

  Estimator

  John Scheideler has been with Lasley Brahaney Architecture + Construction for 17 years. He brings over 30 years of experience as a Princeton builder to the company. His responsibilities include the overall management of the firm's Princeton Construction Division to include the assessment of construction costs, vendor and subcontractor management, custom ordered materials, and staff coordination.

  Mary Stazzone

  Accounting Manager

  Mary Stazzone joined Lasley Brahaney Architecture + Construction in 2006 with over 15 years of accounting experience including 8 years within the commercial construction industry. Mary is responsible for all accounting and financial services, human resources and general office management for our architecture and construction departments in Princeton.

  Frank Oshman

  Lead Carpenter

  Frank is the longest tenured person on any Lasley Brahaney job; he joined the company in 1987. Frank thrives on the variety of projects he manages and builds relationships with each new homeowner he meets. He loves the outdoors, working outside on a job or spending his downtime at a music festival.

  Jon Hepworth

  Skilled Carpenter

  Jon Hepworth joined Lasley Brahaney in 2011 adding 30 years of construction knowledge to our team. Jon’s career has included 10 years of self employment and vast experience in building high end residential housing in Princeton.

  Mike Sutton

  Production Manager

  Mike is the Production Manager on our Princeton design build team. His 29-year tenure in the construction trade provides Lasley Brahaney a wealth of knowledge in residential remodeling. His construction experience began when he was a teenager working with his father which, over time, unfolded into a career he truly enjoys. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and fishing.

  Jeff Bednar

  Lead Carpenter

  With a degree in Construction Management, from Mercer County Technical School, Jeff has worked for over 28 years in the Princeton construction industry. His experience began building green houses, progressed into framing and finally high end remodeling for the last 19 years. During football season, he is a devoted Steelers fan.

  Mikhail Zhiltsov

  Lead Carpenter

  Mikhail joined the Lasley Brahaney team as a skilled carpenter in the spring of 2021. Coming from a family of handymen and builders, Mikhail has extensive general carpentry experience with expertise in interior renovations. In addition to working for his family remodeling business, Mikhail has been employed in various areas of the trade from framing new construction to rooftop solar installation. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, getting his hands dirty in the garden, and cooking up delicious meals with produce from his local farmer's market.

  Ralph Medoro

  Lead Carpenter

  Ralph joined Lasley Brahaney in March 2024 after many years of owning and managing his own residential and commercial construction company serving southern New Jersey. With his expertise in renovating and building high-end homes, he fits easily into the team and excels in managing our custom design-build projects.

  Richard Garnier

  Skilled Carpenter

  Richard (Rick) Garnier comes from a long line of Pennsylvania Dutch craftsmen. He fell in love with carpentry as a young man and developed his skills through the years working with master craftsmen. For 20 years, he ran his own home remodeling business. Rick joined the team at Lasley Brahaney in 2024 to manage residential remodeling projects, including historical restorations, which Rick enjoys most. When he’s not working, Rick spends time with his family, all of whom are avid outdoors people who love to hike, garden, surf, mountain bike, ice skate, backpack and more.

  Ryan Laks

  Skilled Carpenter

  Ryan joined the Lasley Brahaney team in November 2023 as a Skilled Carpenter. He has worked in construction for 13 years, since starting his career in deck building. During the pandemic, he operated his own construction firm for a time. Ryan says every day is a learning opportunity for him working alongside Lasley Brahaney’s Lead Carpenters on Princeton remodeling projects. When he’s not on the job, he spends time with his teenage daughter and two rescue dogs.

  Robert Williamson

  Skilled Carpenter

  Robert joined the Lasley Brahaney team in May 2022 as a skilled carpenter. He previously provided maintenance support to the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission. From 2014 to 2019, he worked with custom home builders, performing various construction duties from foundation to finish. Robert has an undergraduate degree from Rider University and a Certificate in Construction Project Management from Mercer County Community College. When he’s not working, he enjoys fishing and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles.
