Description
Through Princeton House Behavioral Health, we provide an Eating Disorders Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospital Program (PHP) to help women 18 and over recover from eating disorders. We offer a compassionate, structured environment that addresses common fears, enhances hope, builds coping strategies, and develops a more resilient sense of self. Through skills practice and evidence-based therapies, individuals receive the guidance they need to move toward a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. Developed through a collaboration between the nationally recognized Princeton Center for Eating Disorders and the Women’s Program at Princeton House, this specialized outpatient program provides seamless, high-quality care to support each person’s recovery journey. The Partial Hospital Program meets six hours a day, five days a week, while the Intensive Outpatient Program meets four hours a day, three days a week. They both offer a structured, compassionate environment that meets people where they are with warmth, structure, and support.
